I am Afghan born. For me this means I will always be and stay involved in what happened in my country of origin and anything to do with this.

I am Dutch by choice this for me means that I feel at home in two countries.
I try to expose the best of both cultures and bring this across to people from both cultures.

Since I arrived in the Netherlands I have Mostly been working and studying. But I have always been Socially involved in Afghanistan with women and in the Netherlands with diverse Afghan Organizations  I think it is Important to be achieve in this area so that I can stay Involved With Afghans and the Dutch. All that  study and work in two different countries has pot me in a special position. That is why I started working as culture coach and I can mean some thing to both countries.

The relationship between Afghanistan and The Netherlands has special meaning now that The Dutch military is active in Afghanistan.
This often generates a lot of questions which I am able to answer in a professional manner.

Possibilities:

Supporting cultural study programs.
Diversity: The Netherlands has gradually become a very much cultural society.
Collaborating with refugee organizations presentations on Afghan cultural habits and
Culture.
Translating:
Organizing discussion evenings, fashion shows, readings and exhibitions.
Making doubts and prejudices within military families discussable.

Work methods:

Cultuur Coach Afghanistan is a general term, you can decide yourself exactly what it should mean.
For instance I can provide a themed gathering about Afghan women, religion or politic.
A fashion show of Afghan traditional dress, my life story or a small exhibition of Afghan jewelry and photo’s are all possible. You can also invite me to be a guest speaker.
It is of course also possible for us to think up and develop projects and activities together. For my presentation workshops and speeches I always use personal photos, films and afghan Artifacts.
I work with an hourly rate.
